Customer Service Manager at Tingomobile

Location: Lekki, Lagos


Job Description:

As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining operations by implementing policies and procedures, coordinating teams and achieving related results as needed. Your goal is to optimize patients' satisfaction, consultant time and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments, filing and retrieving patient records, and ensuring the availability of treatment information.


You will also be responsible for maintaining patient accounts by recording and updating personal and financial information, as well as obtaining revenue by recording and collecting patient charges and controlling credit extended to patients. Additionally, you will need to ascertain approval codes and coverage of HMOs enrollees' plans, as well as maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- 3-5 years of relevant experience as Customer Service in an HMO.

- Effective communication, analytical and time management skills.

- Experience in a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO).
