Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Legal Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support to our organization, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and representing the company in litigation matters.


Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to the organization.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Draft and review legal documents and contracts.

• Represent the company in litigation matters.

• Conduct legal research and analysis.

• Handle corporate secretarial duties.

• Participate in negotiations and dispute resolutions.

• Prepare and deliver legal training to staff and management.


Requirements:

• A minimum of a First Degree in Law.

• Must be a Member of NBA.

• Minimum of 5 years of previous experience as a Legal Officer in a corporate organization with litigation experience.


Salary: N200k monthly.
