Store Supervisor
Location: Lagos State
Responsibilities:
- Managing and supervising a team of store staff to ensure excellent customer service and performance.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring proper product display and stocking.
- Keeping the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Developing sales strategies to drive business and increase revenue.
- Onboarding and training of new employees.
Requirements:
- HND/BSC in business, hospitality management, marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership skills, ability to motivate and supervise store staff effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, problem solving and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and retail POS software.
