Job Title: Support Engineer at Cobranet Limited, Lekki Phase I

Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos

Academic / Education Qualifications:

- Preferred: B.Sc (or equivalent) in Computer Science.

Certifications:

- CCNA preferred.

- MCP preferred.

Experience:

- 1 - 4 years of work experience.

- Previous experience in support or IT department.

Technical Skills:

- Investigation and troubleshooting of customer problems, including bandwidth analysis and packet loss.

- Basic knowledge of routing and switching.

- Basic RF knowledge.

- Remote problem resolution abilities.

General Skills:

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration with customers and colleagues.

- Self-learning capabilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Language Qualifications:

- Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
