Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement annual training plan

2. In-house training conduction and delivery( orientation to newcomers/manage and implement a talent management system for cadres and core positions).

3. Manage training process, cost and resources.

4. Performance management coordinator.


Qualification:

1. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in internet/technology industry training.

2. Bachelor degree from any reputable university.

3. Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.

4. Self-directed, process oriented, attention to detail, ability to drive consensus in decision making and problem solving.


Salary: 150,000 gross


Must be very good with Data and giving reports with excel. 

B.A/B.sc/HND holder needed.
