Job Summary:

We are a leading Digital Marketing Agency seeking a qualified Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing financial reports and statements, conducting bank reconciliations, and performing cyclical audits. We are looking for someone with a positive work attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent administrative abilities.


Responsibilities:

As an Accountant, your key responsibilities will include:

- Acting as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters

- Generating ad-hoc reports to address various business needs

- Preparing tax documents

- Disbursing cash to vendors and employees after verifying requests and obtaining approvals

- Compiling and analyzing financial statements

- Managing budgeting and forecasting processes

- Reviewing and implementing financial policies

- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by staying up to date with existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on necessary actions


Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

- Proven work experience of at least 3 years in the same field

- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals

- Strong ability to handle confidential data

- Knowledge of financial regulations

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Experience using accounting software


Salary: 170K - 180K (net)
