If you have recently completed your Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) and are eager to kick-start your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, this opportunity is perfect for you!


Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Intern, you will be responsible for:

- Providing timely and professional customer support through various channels (phone, email, live chat)

- Assisting customers in navigating our software platforms and guiding them through technical processes

- Documenting customer interactions accurately using our support ticketing system

- Collaborating with team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues

- Staying updated on our products, services, and industry trends

- Contributing to the creation and maintenance of support documentation

- Striving for continuous improvement and suggesting process enhancements

- Adhering to established customer service standards and quality assurance metrics


Requirements:

To be considered for this internship, you should have:

- Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any field

- Completed NYSC (National Youth Service Corps)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

- Basic computer literacy


Note: This is a full-time internship position for recent graduates.


Remuneration: 50k
