2. Interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations related to the industry and business.

3. Evaluating findings and developing strategies to ensure clients' legal decisions lead to a strong bottom line.

4. Handling transactional matters without going into court.

5. Receiving direction and support as needed.


Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and writing skills.

2. Experience and knowledge in risk management and evaluation.

3. Applicable legal credentials and certifications.
