- First Degree in any discipline

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a professional social media manager

- Active and well-rounded personal presence on social media, with a command of each network and their best practices

- Excellent communication skills and creative thinking ability, using both data and intuition to inform decisions

- Represents the company's ear to the ground to route appropriate marketers, sales reps, and/or support to respond to social conversations
