Job Summary:

As the Inventory Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth inventory control processes. Your responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, conducting audits, resolving discrepancies, and implementing strategies for efficient inventory management.


Job Description:

- Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.

- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.

- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.

- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

- Identify process improvement opportunities in inventory management.

- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding inventory status.


Requirements:

- OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.

- Previous experience in inventory management or similar roles.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

- Knowledge of inventory control principles and stock management techniques.

- Resident in Abuja.
