Position: Learning Management System Specialist

Salary: Gross salary of 80,000 with additional benefits.


Are you passionate about enhancing learning experiences and empowering sales teams? We are seeking a skilled Learning Management System Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a specialist, you will play a vital role in developing, customizing, and delivering effective training programs through our Learning Management System.


Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize your proficiency in Learning Management Systems to manage and customize the platform.

- Create and upload course content, delivering impactful training programs.

- Monitor and track learner progress and performance.

- Design and develop comprehensive system training to ensure effective usage of the Learning Management System.

- Employ critical thinking skills to develop and assess training materials tailored to the needs of the sales team.

- Make informed decisions on the most suitable training programs to meet organizational requirements.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or related subject.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing communication, LMS, educational training, or knowledge management expertise.

- Familiarity with the mobile market, brands, and products is an added advantage.

- Proven experience in sales training or corporate training (minimum of 2 years).

- Proficiency in developing LMS training materials.

- Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.

- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.

- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.

- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google products.
