Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer

Exciting Opportunity: Join Our NGO Team as a Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer!

Are you passionate about community-based programs and making a positive impact on public health in Nigeria? We are seeking an experienced M&E Officer to join Malaria Consortium Nigeria. If you have a strong background in HMIS, CLMS, and grassroots program implementation, this role is for you.


Requirements:

- Expertise in monitoring and evaluating community-based programs

- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

- Knowledge of Nigeria's public health systems

- Competence in using software programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and statistical software (Stata, SPSS, Power BI, Tableau)

- Experience in database development, survey design, data analysis, and reporting

- Familiarity with ICT4D solutions and electronic reporting systems

- Strong data management and quantitative data analysis skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
