Job Summary:
The Program Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering programs within an organization. This includes managing resources, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful program delivery
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement program strategies, plans, and timelines.
• Define program goals, objectives, and performance metrics, and establish a project plan to achieve them.
• Manage program budgets and resources, ensuring that they are allocated effectively and efficiently.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of program activities
• Ensure that programs are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
• Identify and manage program risks and issues, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor and report on program performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Continuously improve program management processes and procedures
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field
• At least 4 years of experience in program management or related field
• Experience in Energy sector is required
• Project management experience, including developing and managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of program management software and tools
• Certification in project management or program management is preferred.
