Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards clients at all times.

2. Handle complaints and provide timely solutions and alternatives.

3. Respond promptly to customer queries.

4. Communicate effectively with clients through various channels.

5. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

6. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional support.

7. Resolve customer complaints.

8. Process forms, orders, requests, and applications.

9. Provide feedback on the effectiveness of the customer service process.


Minimum Qualification:

- B.Sc Degree from a reputable/accredited institution.


Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year experience.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Organized and capable of following schedules.

- Residing in or near Gwarinpa.

- Ability to multitask.

- Attention to detail.

- Deadline-oriented.

- Proactive approach to customer support.
