Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions and an opportunity to learn and contribute to the success of our organization. As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR Business Partner to support employee recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, and other HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Participate in new employee onboarding and orientation activities.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs and events.
• Support the HR Business Partner in maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR documents.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing employee recognition programs.
• Assist in handling employee inquiries and providing basic HR-related information.
• Support the HR Business Partner in various HR projects and initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and comply with all HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience.
• Proximity to the office location, Yaba would be considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take initiative, and ability to adapt to change.
