Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing their needs effectively. Your main responsibilities include:
1. Identifying and addressing customer challenges: You will proactively identify customer issues, concerns, or inquiries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely and efficient manner. Your goal is to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
2. Prompt response and communication: You will be responsible for promptly replying to customer inquiries, whether received in-person at the office or through various channels such as phone, email, social media, and WhatsApp. Clear and effective communication is essential to assist customers effectively.
3. Assisting with customer orders: You will assist customers in placing orders, both physically and virtually, utilizing different platforms such as mobile phones, online channels, and social media. Ensuring accurate order placement and providing necessary guidance to customers is part of your responsibilities.
4. Updating customer records: You will maintain and update customer records in the system, including comprehensive notes about customer interactions and potential leads. This information is vital for tracking customer history and improving future interactions.
5. Reporting and suggesting solutions: You will create and maintain reports on customer interactions, both physical and virtual, and provide insights and suggestions to resolve challenges effectively. Timely reporting of unresolved issues to your superior is crucial for further action.
6. Building customer relationships: Developing a positive and cordial rapport with customers, both existing and potential, is vital. By gaining their confidence, you will promote the brand and image of the company and foster long-term customer loyalty.
7. Managing third-party services: You will coordinate with external service providers, such as courier service companies, product vendors, and outfield marketers, who offer ancillary services related to your job description. Ensuring smooth collaboration and maintaining service standards is important.
8. Customer feedback and improvement recommendations: You will actively gather customer feedback and make recommendations to the company for enhancing the overall customer experience. Your insights will contribute to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
9. Upholding corporate relationships and standards: You will maintain professional relationships with colleagues and adhere to the best global corporate practices and standards while fulfilling your job responsibilities.
10. Other duties: You may be assigned additional duties by the company through the Managing Director/CEO or any authorized officer, which are incidental and precedential to the main functions of your job description.
Remuneration: N50,000 - N60,000 Monthly.
