Job Summary:

Looking for a skilled and proactive HR/Admin Officer to provide comprehensive support in managing HR-related matters and ensuring smooth facility operations within the organization.


General Objective:

Take charge of day-to-day logistic operations and deliver effective administrative assistance.

Oversee and maintain the company's fleet.


Responsibilities:

1. Provide efficient administrative support.

2. Manage day-to-day fleet operations.

3. Update employee database with new hire information.

4. Ensure proper allocation and maintenance of company vehicles.

5. Support other departments and managers with administrative tasks.

6. Schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs.

7. Handle vehicle license registration, documentation, and renewals.

8. Ensure fleet availability to fulfill all company requests.

9. Supervise company drivers.

10. Stay updated on vehicle regulations and laws.

11. Allocate vehicles to staff members promptly.

12. Address and resolve issues related to official vehicles and drivers.

13. Maintain and organize administrative files and documents.

14. Support office administration activities.

15. Assist in coordinating staff training programs.


Competence & Skills Required:

- HND/BSC in a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing company.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

- Strong people management skills.

- Excellent administration skills.

- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
