Position: Supermarket Manager

Location: Abuja

Salary Range: N120,000 - N150,000 / Month

Are you a dynamic and experienced professional with a passion for retail management? HealthRite Pharmacy is opening a new supermarket in Abuja and we are looking for a talented Supermarket Manager to lead our team.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the supermarket

- Manage inventory, stock levels, and replenishment

- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies

- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement

- Train and supervise supermarket staff

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Supermarket Manager or similar role

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent customer service and communication abilities

- Good understanding of retail operations and inventory management

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
